Marcin Kempski is a photographer, director and painter based in Warsaw whose work is in the tradition of magical realism.

He finds inspiration in surrealist paintings and films, creating photographs that make use of lighting and set design to imagine a dreamlike world in which Kempski finds beauty in the bizarre and transports us to a humorous and allegorical alternate reality.

He photographed campaigns for Valentino, Zalando and Farfetch and collaborates with publications such as Vogue Italia, Odda Magazine and Vogue Poland.
